How to Make Beauty and Healthy Eyes Naturally

Here are a variety of natural materials that are useful to overcome the various complaints on the eye:

1. Tired Eyes

Use avocado to cool and refresh tired eyes or swollen. Avocado useful because many contain vitamins A, C, E, iron, potassium, niacin, pantatenik acid, and protein.

How: Peel  an avocado and cut into thin plate-like. Paste the tired eyes or swollen, then let stand for 20 minutes. Clean the remaining avocado with cold water.

2. Black Circles



Problems that often appear dark circles under the eyes, can be handled with a cucumber a cheap and easily obtainable. In this vegetable contains lots of minerals and water.

How: Take the cucumbers and sliced thin. Use sliced cucumbers to compress the eye for 15 minutes.

3. Red Eye

Reddened eyes and fatigue can be overcome with wash with betel leaf boiled water.

How: A handful of betel leaves and stalks of young leaves and stalks boiled in 3 cups water to boil. Once cool, use boiled water for merambang eyeball. It may also by dripping water on the eye.

To overcome the red-eye due to lack of sleep, do compress eye black tea with water that has been precipitated one night.

4. Shiner

To eliminate swelling in the eye, can be tried at once soothing mask that contains hazelnuts, roses or flowers of maize.

5. Eye Wash

To clear a cloudy eye, grab a handful of jasmine flowers, and cleaned. Soak the jasmine flowers with a full glass of boiled water that has been cold and let it last night. The next day the water is filtered, then used to  wash the eyes.

6. clear Eye Ball
